How will the learning materials be delivered and how long does it take?

Answer:


  • 📥 Downloadable products – You will receive the download link immediately after payment.

  • 🔑 CompTIA learning materials – An Access Code will be sent to your email within 8–24 business hours (usually within 4 hours).

  • 🛡️ EC-Council learning materials – Access details will be delivered within 3–7 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

What is your refund policy?

Answer:

Because these are digital products, we cannot issue refunds once an Access Code has been delivered. Please make your purchase carefully.


  • ⏳ Within 4 hours after payment, if we have not yet placed the order, you may request a full refund (not applicable for downloadable products). Please contact us immediately at csirt@gmail.com for urgent processing.

  • 🔑 If you have received an Access Code but have not yet activated it, and you have a valid force majeure reason, we will contact the vendor on your behalf to request a refund.


    For CompTIA materials: Refund is 100% free of charge.


    For EC-Council materials: A 10% vendor fee will be deducted (per EC-Council’s policy). Processing typically takes 3–4 weeks.
